Primera staff have been responsible for the management and overview of over 2500 environmental Phase I and Phase II projects. Experience with projects ranging from residential and light commercial properties to industrial manufacturing EPA CERCLA facilities, oil field properties, rail lines, PST facilities, RCRA hazardous waste generators, and solid waste landfill facilities. We have extensive experience with ASTM protocol for ESAs and transaction screenings, as well as specialized scope of work with numerous large lending institutions.
